We purchased a rental property 17 years ago and chose LJ Hooker Belmont to manage it for us. Over the course of those 17 years we were never without a tenant, were always kept up to date with reports and photos of the property and we always felt comfortable and at ease that our property was being looked after. We were always consulted if any repairs needed to be done and LJ Hooker organised these for us at a very reasonable cost. When we decided to sell the property for our retirement, we had no doubts about who we would choose to organise the sale. We had never sold a property before so it was all very new to us and we felt very apprehensive and also a little scared. We knew nothing about the process and it all felt quite daunting. But we were so very fortunate that we had Kevin Dhu to head the team at Hookers for our sale. Kevin set our minds at rest right from the outset, took us through all the steps that were necessary in order for the sale process to begin and was in constant contact with us both by phone and in writing. We knew exactly where everything was at. We had Open House on 12th September and we had a buyer on 15th September so that says it all. During the course of the sale we also had many dealings with Ashlee, Aimee and Bec. These girls are an absolute credit to LJ Hooker, they are professional, caring and just really lovely young people who do their jobs really well. I would like to thank Kevin, Ashlee, Aimee and Bec for a wonderful experience which started out as something we definitely weren’t looking forward to and ended up a very positive experience.
