We purchased a rental property 17 years ago and chose LJ Hooker Belmont to manage it for us. Over the course of those 17 years we were never without a tenant, were always kept up to date with reports and photos of the property and we always felt comfortable and at ease that our property was being looked after. We were always consulted if any repairs needed to be done and LJ Hooker organised these for us at a very reasonable cost. When we decided to sell the property for our retirement, we had no doubts about who we would choose to organise the sale.
